Transportation Arrangements

For your safety and convenience, we highly discourage guests from renting a car. Local traffic patterns and road conditions can be challenging for visitors, and GPS systems are often inaccurate, leading to incorrect routes. Instead, we are happy to arrange reliable transportation for you upon request.

Arrival Assistance

After exiting customs at the airport, proceed to Larry & Luey's Café. Our chauffeur or guide will be there holding a sign with your name for easy identification. They’ll assist with your luggage and escort you to the vehicle, ensuring a smooth and stress-free journey to the resort.

Grocery Stop (optional)

On the way to Villas de Cisnes, you can opt for a brief stop at Eldon's Supermarket ($10). Eldon’s is the island’s largest grocery store, offering a great selection of American and local brands. It’s the perfect opportunity to pick up food, beverages, or other necessities for your stay. Prices are listed in both local and U.S. currency for your convenience.

Arrival at the Resort

Once you arrive at Villas de Cisnes, our friendly team will welcome you, assist with your luggage, and guide you through the check-in process. You’ll also receive a personalized welcome guide with everything you need to know about your villa and the surrounding area. Relax and enjoy your stay in paradise!

Getting Around the Island

Most things are within distance down the beach from our property.

If transportation is required, water taxis and private shuttles are arranged by our staff at no additional cost.
